Wickle privacy.

Scope: This notice covers the Wickle application for iPhone and iPad, published by Harold Digital LLC. The company website has its own website privacy notice.

The short version

Wickle collects no personal information, shows no ads, contains no analytics or tracking, and requires no account. Your progress is stored only on your device. If you are signed in to Game Center, two scores and your achievement progress go to Apple. Buying the Adventure goes through Apple; we never see your payment details.

Data stored on your device

Wickle saves on your device which rescues you have finished, your attempts, your best steps and fewest tools on each rescue, any arrangement you left unfinished, the rescue you were on, the toy you chose, whether you have bought the Adventure, and whether the app has already asked you for a rating. None of it is transmitted to Harold Digital. Deleting the app deletes this data. There is no account, no sign-in, and no cloud copy of your progress beyond whatever your own device backup settings include.

Wickle sends no notifications and schedules no reminders. It does not use your location, contacts, photos, camera, or microphone, and it makes no network requests of its own.

Game Center

If you are signed in to Game Center, Wickle sends Apple two numbers for its leaderboards — how many rescues you have solved on your own, and how many Neat finishes you have earned — and reports your achievement progress, so they can appear alongside other players'. Rescues solved after showing the solution are not counted. Apple handles that information under Apple's privacy policy; Harold Digital does not receive it. The game plays fully without Game Center, and it never asks you to sign in unless you tap the trophy button.

Purchases

The optional one-time Adventure purchase is processed by Apple and checked through StoreKit so that it can be restored on your Apple Account. Wickle does not receive your payment details.

Ratings

After you finish a chapter, Wickle may ask iOS to show Apple's standard rating prompt, at most once per version. Apple decides whether it appears and handles any rating you give. You can turn these prompts off in Settings.

Children

Wickle is a general-audience game suitable for all ages. It collects no personal information from anyone, including children.

Support and your rights

If you contact us, we receive your email address, your message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use this to respond and provide support, and retain correspondence as reasonably needed for support, business records, and applicable legal obligations. Privacy rights vary by location; you may contact us about access, correction, or deletion of information you have sent us.

Changes

We may update this notice when the app or its data practices change. The effective date above identifies this version.
