Scope: This notice covers the Room for Wonder application for iPhone and iPad, published by Harold Digital LLC. The company website has its own website privacy notice.

The short version

Room for Wonder collects no personal information, shows no ads, contains no analytics or tracking, and requires no account. Your progress is stored only on your device. Buying the optional story unlock goes through Apple; we never see your payment details.

Data stored on your device

Room for Wonder saves on your device the places you have reopened, the improvements and designs you chose, your renovation points, the puzzles you have completed, any puzzle you left unfinished, the journal pages you have read, and your sound and motion settings. It keeps one previous copy of that save so a damaged save can be recovered. None of it is transmitted to Harold Digital. Deleting the app deletes this data. There is no account, no sign-in, and no cloud copy of your progress beyond whatever your own device backup settings include.

The game, its artwork and all of its puzzles are stored inside the app and play offline. Room for Wonder sends no notifications. It does not use your location, contacts, photos, camera, or microphone, and it makes no network requests of its own.

Progress backups

If you choose Save a progress backup in Settings, the app creates a file containing your save and lets you choose where to keep it, for example in Files. Restore a backup reads only a file you select. Backups stay wherever you put them; they are never sent to us, and they do not contain any purchase.

Purchases

The optional one-time purchase that unlocks Larkhaven and Sunward Cove is processed by Apple and checked through StoreKit so that it can be restored on your Apple Account. Room for Wonder does not receive your payment details.

Children

Room for Wonder is a general-audience game suitable for all ages. It collects no personal information from anyone, including children.

Support and your rights

If you contact us, we receive your email address, your message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use this to respond and provide support, and retain correspondence as reasonably needed for support, business records, and applicable legal obligations. Privacy rights vary by location; you may contact us about access, correction, or deletion of information you have sent us.

Changes

We may update this notice when the app or its data practices change. The effective date above identifies this version.
