Pickle Punks privacy.

Scope: This notice covers the Pickle Punks: Pickleball Tour application for iPhone, published by Harold Digital LLC. The company website has its own website privacy notice.

The short version

Pickle Punks collects no personal information, shows no ads, contains no analytics or tracking, and requires no account. Your career is stored only on your device. If you are signed in to Game Center, your rating, title count and Daily Dink streak go to Apple. Buying the Pro Pass goes through Apple; we never see your payment details.

Data stored on your device

Your career is saved locally on your device: the name you type for your player, the character you picked, your rating, skills, level, coins, paddles, partner, current tournament and bracket, titles, Daily Dink results and streak, unlocked techniques, and your settings (scoring format, match length, sound, music and haptics). None of it is transmitted to Harold Digital. Deleting the app deletes this data. There is no account, no sign-in, and no cloud copy of your career beyond whatever your own iPhone backup settings include.

Pickle Punks sends no notifications and schedules no reminders. It does not use your location, contacts, photos, camera, or microphone.

Game Center

If you are signed in to Game Center on your iPhone, Pickle Punks sends three numbers to Apple's Game Center leaderboards: your player rating, your total tournament titles, and your Daily Dink streak, so they can appear alongside other players'. Apple handles that information under Apple's privacy policy; Harold Digital does not receive it. The game plays fully without Game Center.

Sharing

When you tap Share on a result, Pickle Punks creates an image and a short line of text about the match on your device and hands them to the iOS share sheet. Nothing is sent unless you choose where to share it, and the destination you pick handles it under its own policies.

Purchases

The optional one-time Pro Pass is processed by Apple and checked through StoreKit so that it can be restored on your Apple Account. Pickle Punks does not receive your payment details.

Children

Pickle Punks is a general-audience game. It is not directed at children, and it does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone.

Support and your rights

If you contact us, we receive your email address, your message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use this to respond and provide support, and retain correspondence as reasonably needed for support, business records, and applicable legal obligations. Privacy rights vary by location; you may contact us about access, correction, or deletion of information you have sent us.

Changes

We may update this notice when the app or its data practices change. The effective date above identifies this version.
